How To Submit Scores

1. CALL YOUR SHOT (PRE-DECLARE)
Before you step onto the first tee, tap your Graft Golf NFC tag to your phone or open the Graft App. Pre-declare your intention to play and submit a round. No tap, no score.

2. PLAY YOUR ROUND
Hit the course and play your 18 holes under standard WHS rules.

3. SUBMIT FOR AUDIT
Once your round is complete, open this app to enter the course name and points scored. You will be prompted to upload a clear photo of your signed scorecard for our official PGA Score Audit.

4. CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD
Once your scorecard is verified and approved, your points will update on the League Table within 12 hours.

The Graft Rule: You can log up to 12 rounds this season, but only your best 6 will count toward the final standings and the £700+ Prize Fund. Keep grinding.

Powered By England Golf WHS Data

The Graft League operates exclusively on the World Handicap System (WHS). To maintain a level playing field, all members must hold a valid England Golf WHS index. We utilize official handicap data to calculate your 'Best 6' scores, ensuring that 'vanity handicaps' and 'society bandits' have no place on our leaderboard. Your index is live, your data is official, and the stakes are real.

PGA Audited

Every score submitted to the Graft leaderboard undergoes a manual audit by Ryan Owen, our PGA League Professional. We don't just accept numbers, we verify the integrity of the round. Any score flagged for inconsistency or lacking proper WHS digital verification will be investigated. At Graft, you aren't just playing against the field, you're playing in a professionally moderated environment where the best golfer truly wins.

Graft Protocol

Integrity starts before the first tee. The Graft Protocol requires all players to pre-declare their intent to compete by tapping their NFC League Pass to their smartphone prior to teeing off. If you do not have your League Pass to hand, you can declare and submit on the App.

  • No Retrospective Scoring: You cannot decide to 'count' a round after it’s finished.
  • Digital Trail: Each tap creates a time-stamped declaration linked to your player profile.
  • Fairness First: This protocol ensures that every round on our leaderboard was played under the pressure of 'calling your shot.
  • Verified Marker: You must play with a golfer who holds a valid WHS record.
  • Official Entry: The round must be submitted to England Golf (EG). Only scores appearing on your official WHS record will be validated for the league.
